Andale was founded in early 1946 when its founders, Henry Anderson and wally dale, returned from world war ii and decided to form a partnership to combine Anderson's and dell's beer to form the company's name.Andale was initially limited to repetitive engineering.Mass production and processing for external customers.In 1986, it was commissioned by CUB to provide the equipment needed to convert every hotel in Victoria to Snaplok stainless steel accessories.By mid-1991, it was working closely with the swan brewery to make major changes to the way it made wine.Within a decade, it had grown from a small company with two stores and 15 employees to six stores and more than 100 employees, while remaining a family-owned and proud Australian company that had successfully competed with their overseas competitors.
