After five months of closure due to smoke damage caused by a fire nearby in September 2019, they stand ready to welcome and serve their new and existing customers. Having served the Maumee area for 15 years, Dave and 22 of the best employees in the business are now opening the doors to their newly renovated restaurant. Briarfield Cafe thanks all contractors and service providers for their hard work to keep the restaurant in perfect condition. After 45 years in the food and beverage industry, Dave knew he wanted to wait until every detail was in place before reopening his business. All customers' favorites are back, including a variety of homemade soups, homemade fries and fries, and of course, the famous Briarfield Salad.
