Flower Basket was founded on April 2, 1992 by dianne halvorson. In 2003, the store moved from 1408 Atlantic Avenue to 850 Atlantic Avenue so they could expand the greenhouse and storefront. They have since built 3 more grow houses where they grow most of the plants they sell in the summer. Flower Basket is now owned by Diane and her daughter Beth and they do their best to make sure their customers are happy with fresh cut flowers and houseplants, homemade soaps and sweets!
