Ken Paterson, the founder of the series, met and became a friend with the sculptor and Vito Paulikas, the founding father of the anti-cultural era in the 1960s. The photo below shows the other members of the 1967 Ken and Vito Dance Company and the band "Human Love". It was through the friendship with Vito that Ken met with Jerry Hopkins, then the genius coordinator (aka "Cook Booker") Steve Allen Show recorded in a dilapidated theater at Vine Street Hollywood . This former silent film theater was renamed Steve Allen Theater and changed to a "live" audience-level TV studio. A few years later, Ken and his friend David B. Dotti once again passed Jerry, and Haunted Studios became the supply of handmade eye necklaces for Hopkins’s psychedelic store in Westwood.
