Because he worked at Cape Outfitters for 15 years under the tutelage of owner Don L. Shrum, Jeff was/is quite knowledgeable about the merchandise. Following Don Shrum's untimely death in January 2003, the inventory of Cape Outfitters was sold in August of the same year.
