Just Baked is an online store selling cookies founded in 2010 by Annie Farrell and Meghan Hoetker. They have a simple vision to delight local students with the delivery of freshly baked cookies. At the helm is the award-winning Flagship Chocolate Chip™ Cookie. Their menu offerings expanded to include other cookie flavors and eventually included a full line of desserts and cakes for weddings and special events. Annie opened a physical store in Santa Margarita in 2014. Just Baked SLO merged with She Makes Cakes, owned and operated by talented cake artist Libby Ryan to form the current store in July 2016.
