In 2019, OldNavy.ca celebrates its tenth anniversary! In their first decade and milestone journey, OldNavy.ca has evolved into today's global initiative. The Cotton Improvement Initiative (BCI) is the world's largest cotton sustainable development project. Together with their partners, they provide more sustainable agricultural practices training to more than 2 million cotton farmers in 21 countries. During the 2017-18 cotton season, BCI's licensed farmers produced more than 5 million tons of "good cotton", accounting for 19% of global cotton production. Balubhai is helping to lead a group of enterprising farmers who set up their own organization in 2013, the Somnath Farmer Producer organisation, to put themselves at the forefront of continuously improving member performance.
